Food waste is a global problem which causes social, economic and environmental damage that affects us all. In Israel, about 2.5 million tons of food are thrown away every year, half of which is edible.
The Food Waste Lab works in cooperation with all the relevant stakeholders, with the aim of leading systemic and significant change in reducing food waste.
