Michal holds a Bachelor’s degree and certification in Law from the Hebrew University, an M.Sc. in Strategic Leadership for Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden, and a Ph.D. from Ben-Gurion University, focusing on strategic sustainable development as a vehicle for conflict resolution. She is a co-founder and former chair of the Israeli Green Building Council and served as a consultant for the Forum 15 Israeli Association for Self-Government Cities on climate protection matters.
Michal has lectured on sustainability at the Bezalel Academy of Design and in a variety of other settings. She is an active participant in national and international sustainability forums, research, and policy groups, and frequently writes and speaks in the media on these topics. In 2018, Michal was recognized as one of Globes’ "40 Under 40" promising leaders.

With over six years of experience in business management, Daniella has worked in a wide variety of fields. In addition to her professional experience, she was involved in farm management using the permaculture approach. Daniella graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology, and a master's degree with honors in environmental sciences, both from Tel Aviv University. Here, she engaged in research that examined the relationship between socioeconomic status and food waste.

PhD student at the School of Environmental Sciences, University of Haifa. Her research focuses on the complex relationship between emotions and food waste, utilizing critical approaches that integrate social, cultural, and environmental perspectives. Hilah holds a master’s degree from the Department of Political Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the Department of Politics and Government at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Driven by a commitment to critical and integrative thinking, Hilah seeks to deeply understand the intersections of society, environment, and politics. She aims to contribute to the development of balanced and effective policies that benefit Israel's natural and human environment.
Hilah Segal-Klein

Holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Communication and Sociology-Anthropology from Tel Aviv University, graduating summa cum laude, and is currently pursuing a research-based Master’s degree in Communication.
Her research focuses on various aspects of risk communication in Israel and globally, as well as sustainability communication, climate communication, and health communication. She is an active member of the Israeli Forum for Sustainable Nutrition (IFSN) and a graduate of an internship with the Effective Altruism organization.
Brings experience in project management, developing communication strategies for social organizations, content writing, creating communication materials, community management, and social media.
Rotem Shapira

Certified lawyer with six years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Bar-Ilan University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law from Tel Aviv University. Sharon also has specialized in Sustainability and Sustainability Strategies from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. In recent years, Sharon has worked as a legal and strategic advisor to senior executives, managing both local and international projects. She has led operations and strategic initiatives to improve processes related to compliance and regulation
